For standard orders, a 50% deposit payment is required before goods can be ordered.
Bespoke orders such as special finish brassware or bespoke cut glass require full payment upfront.
Full payment is required before delivery can be booked / on collection of goods.
We can only provide estimated delivery times based on the supplier’s information. Therefore we recommend ordering of goods before they are required on-site, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries from our suppliers.
Returns may face a re-stocking charge based on our supplier’s terms and conditions. Goods for return can only be accepted in perfect condition; the packaging must not be tampered with or opened.
All goods must be checked when collecting or receiving delivery. A signature will be required to confirm acceptance of all goods and their condition.
Where required we estimate tiling quantities, this will need to be checked by the tiller/ fitter, we cannot accept responsibility for shortages. Tiles are sold by the box only.
Harlequin is not responsible for establishing the existing water pressure of a property. We ask that the specification is checked by the fitter to confirm product suitability from a technical plumbing point of view.
Our delivery options and prices will be explained to you at the point of order. You are welcome to collect your products without incurring any charges. Deliveries can only be made to addresses with vehicle access. Assistance will be required to lift heavy and large items such as shower enclosures, trays, tiles, and baths, etc. Deliveries can only be made when there is a representative available to sign for the order. For multiple deliveries, orders under £1,000 and outside of a 40-mile radius please speak to a member of our staff.
To avoid disappointment and restocking charges we recommend a consultation with our staff to run through specified goods and finishes before an order is confirmed. By paying a deposit all terms and conditions are accepted.
